Garth Oksol is the Nevada State Manager for Parsons.  He oversees the operations and business development for the state and has offices in Las Vegas and Carson City for 3 more days, then the northern NV office will be in Reno.  Garth has served in this roll since February 2018.  Prior to that Garth worked for the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County for over 15 years and FHWA prior to that.  With the RTC of Washoe, Garth served as Project Manager and Engineering Manager. He was the Project Manager of over $400 million dollars’ worth of improvements with the largest share of that being the SouthEast Connector now known as Veterans Parkway between Sparks and south Reno.  Most recently Garth was the South Segment and Downtown Segment Manager for the California High Speed Rail Construction Package 1 for Parsons.

In his free time Garth enjoys helping others improve their health, playing multiple sports, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with his family.  He’s been married over 20 years to his beautiful bride, Erin and they have three kids; Grace (18), Emily (15), and Zachary (9).
