Born and raised in rural Nevada, Jodi Stephens has built on her professional and personal experience to work with elected officials and staff at all levels of government on issues critical to her home state. For more than 20 years, Jodi has skillfully navigated Nevada’s complex bureaucracy of federal, state and local government. 

Jodi’s service in congressional and gubernatorial administrations, along with her experience as the Executive Director of the Nevada Senate Republican Caucus for three Nevada legislative sessions, gives her a broad, unique, and valuable perspective of the process of government. Jodi knows the various routes available to any organization trying to navigate the municipal, legislative, or executive branches of government. 

A key advisor to many prominent elected officials, Jodi has been afforded the opportunity and privilege to develop and maintain working relationships with federal, state, and local officials, business organizations, citizen groups, and advisory boards throughout Nevada. 

She has also served as a top consultant to high profile political campaigns throughout Nevada and successfully bridges the gap between politics and policy at the legislative and executive branches of state government. 

Jodi’s extensive experience, her work ethic, and her candid, straightforward communication style all contribute to her reputation as a trustworthy and reliable government affair professional. Despite her professionalism, Jodi doesn’t take herself too seriously, and she is known for using humor to disarm tense situations and move discussions in a positive, productive direction.
