Mark Brendan Turner is a Nevada-licensed General Contractor holding both “B” and “C” licenses and is also a Nevada-licensed Real Estate Broker. He has been a full-time resident of Carson City, Nevada since 1992. Mr. Turner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Washington State University and completed additional undergraduate coursework at the University of Portland. He is bi-lingual, speaking English and Spanish.
Mr. Turner has professional experience in real estate development, construction, and land use within the State of Nevada. His work has included participation in large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects, as well as ownership and operation of licensed construction and real estate entities engaged in residential and light commercial activities.
Mr. Turner has served in past and present leadership and advisory roles related to the construction and development industries, including involvement with industry associations and policy-oriented committees. He has also served in appointed roles on state-level bodies, representing the perspective of the development community on matters involving environmental regulation, land use, and public policy.
In addition, Mr. Turner has participated in past and present board and advisory capacities for public, nonprofit, and community-focused organizations, including projects related to civic improvement and veterans’ recognition.
Mr. Turner supports various local charitable and community organizations and resides in Carson City, Nevada with his family.
